2014 Aerial Assist

The objective of AERIAL ASSISTâ„   was to score goals by moving 24-inch game balls down the field and into low or high goals. The robots in an alliance were meant to assist each other, hence the name, and the more assistance provided, more bonus points would be awarded. 

Team Milestones:

2014 was the first year that Joe Jagadics took on the role of lead mentor. This was also the first year that Vex VERSA Chassis products were used.

Robot Description:

Neo featured a front collector to pick up a large ball (game piece). Once the ball was loaded, we had a catapult-like device that would launch the ball backward. Neo also had a six wheel drive shifting transmission.
